Mrs. Leona Dewar (née Thomas) of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge (Kilmar) passed away surrounded by her family on Friday May 8th 2020 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Walter Dewar. Predeceased by her parents Raoul Thomas and Ida Delaurier, her daughter Carmen, two sisters, Beatrice (late Julian), Irene (late Bernard), one brother Aldege (Audrey), two sisters-in-law, Gwen (late Don) and Joyce. Dear mother of Robin (Sandy), Martin (Annemarie), Mavis (Glenn), Lana, Mona (Kelly) and Pamela (André), mother-in-law of Michael, sister of Alma (late Gerald), Karen (Edward) and Ernest (late Beverly). Also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Desforges Funeral Home, 188 rue Principale, Grenville, QC (819) 242-2113.
